If you are already registered, then it is time that you log back on and update your personal preferences so you will get all the safety information you desire and need to be the safest airmen possible.
Go to www.faasafety.gov on the left hand side click on " SPANS Events and Seminars'. Select the state from the drop-down menu. Click on "search" "SPANS Events and Seminars". An event can be found on the www.faasafety.gov website.
Since the FAASTeam launched it's website, (www.faasafety.gov), in March of 2003, it has grown to be a very dynamic tool. As of December 2008, over 400,000 aviators have opted in and become registered SPANS users. That represents about 70% of the active airmen in the United States.
